Ratings: NBC Scores Total Viewer-Victory Over ABC, Despite ‘DWTS’
NBC won Monday outright, even with a new “Dancing With the Stars” episode over on ABC.
Of course, NBC wasn’t without its own ammo: “The Voice” carried the broadcaster to a pretty comfortable victory in the key 18-49 demographic. It was “Taken’s” outright win at 10 p.m. that sealed primetime for NBC, however. The TV adaptation grew from last week, thanks at least in part to CBS airing a rerun of “Scorpion” this time around.
NBC was first in ratings with a 1.9 rating in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 8.6 million, according to preliminary numbers.
ABC was second in ratings with a 1.4 and in viewers with 8.5 million.
CBS was third in ratings with a 1.0 and in viewers with 5 million.
More to come …
