Wes Anderson welcomes you to the “Isle of Dogs” in the first trailer for his upcoming stop-motion film.
The trailer reveals that the film is set 20 years in the future, where an outbreak of dog flu has infested Megasaki City, and the Mayor calls the quarantine of all dogs, sending them to the vast garbage dump called Trash Island for exile.
Atari Kobayashi, the 12-year-old war to the corrupt Mayor, flies it to the island to find his bodyguard-dog, Spots. There, with the assistance of the other dogs, he begins a journey to locate his furry friend.
